Stepping into the Castle Hotel was like entering a charming oasis in the heart of Downham Market. The original brick-fronted facade adorned with hanging plants set the tone for a delightful stay. The warm welcome from the staff made us feel instantly at home. The elegant restaurant offered a delicious table d'hote menu that satisfied our taste buds after a day of exploring the nearby Hunstanton beaches and coastal national park. The comfortable rooms, equipped with satellite TV and free toiletries, provided a perfect retreat for relaxation. Quenching our thirst at the bar/lounge and enjoying a drink while soaking in the charming atmosphere was a highlight of our evenings at the hotel. With easy access to local attractions like St Martin's Church and Ryston Park Golf Club, the location of the Castle Hotel was ideal for our weekend getaway. Overall, the welcoming ambiance, excellent service, and convenient amenities made our stay a memorable one. We would definitely recommend this hotel to fellow travelers looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience in the area.
